Below are the terms and conditions that customers agree to accept when ordering cupcakes from The Cupcake Box (Basingstoke).
A minimum of 2 days notice is required when ordering cupcakes. Orders can be placed 7 days a week. Deliveries are made to addresses in the Basingstoke and the local area 7 days a week. Your cakes will be delivered by an employee of the company to ensure the cupcakes reach you in perfect condition.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct delivery information and that someone is available to receive the cupcakes during the agreed delivery period. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient being unavailable. No refunds will be given in these circumstances. We will leave the delivery only if you have agreed at the time of ordering in a place that you designate if in the event that no one is in at the time of delivery. In this event we cannot take any responsibility for the condition of the goods. Items must be paid for at the time of placing order. Payments are made over the telephone using debit or credit cards.
We ensure that all our cupcakes leave The Cupcake Box in perfect condition. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with our product please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem.
We require 2 days notice prior to the delivery day to cancel an existing order. A hand written message card is offered with your gift. This will be reproduced exactly as it is stated at the time of ordering.
